Amazing theater experience. The staff was super friendly and before the movie the guy talked to us about the theater and what's happening there soon. They show more indie-type movies. Let me Tell you the Sound system for the movie was Incredible! Crisp, clear, perfect sound during the movie and I was really impressed.
I visited here several years ago with my mom. I wanted to see The Interview, but it wasn’t in any of the more local theaters. We somehow came across this place, and had such a nice time! I loved their unique seating arrangement and how you could order alcohol to drink while watching. (At the time, I don’t think many theaters sold alcohol, if any.) I would love to visit here again someday.
Great intimate theater with a bakery and bar in the lobby. Shows 35mm films and more independent films.
I had such a wonderful time at Ragtag! First of all, their website is great👌--I bought my ticket online with no issues. The staff is incredibly friendly; and the atmosphere is warm and cosy. As you enter the door, you walk through the bar area, with a bakery straight ahead and you'll find the ticket booth for Ragtag next to it. The venue is really cool; it has an industrial/retro-old school vibe to it. There also is a record store next door to visit in case you end up there early. The popcorn was okay--they do not have any of the conventional topings/flavouring/spice which I enjoy--no butter salt/sour cream & chives, but soy sauce, hot sauce, some salt and one other spice I can't remember the name of--sorry. The salt wasn't too bad. Popcorn plus my drink (Dr Pepper) was $7, which was really cool. Definitely more affordable than many other cinemas I've been to👌. The theater itself is rather small but really cosy--loved that! Also, there are a number of seating options in the cinema--chairs & couches fitted with a really cool adjustable table-thingy (can't get to the word for this--see picture below) to put your snacks on. Highly recommend going here!
Such a great place! Current films and revivals of classics. Great cafe in lobby and an excellent staff.
Let's be economists for a second and learn to save our money because wow was this not worth a single penny
Easy in. Easy out. Comfortable seats and a great staff. A variety of films from new to old. Can also take food in from the bakery to eat during the movie during certain hours
Great place to see a movie. Quiet, no one talking or kicking the back of your seat while watching a movie. Plus you can have a glass of wine or other adult beverage while you watch a movie!
